FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can multiple athletes share a bay?
Yes. Athletes are welcome to share a shooting bay session with teammates or friends. Additional shooters may be added during booking.
Are walk-ins allowed?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during weekend hours based on bay availability, although we strongly recommend booking ahead through the BTR app (links above).
Do I need to bring pucks?
No. Pucks will be available onsite.
Do parents need to stay onsite?
Parents are welcome to stay onsite during training sessions. BTR offers a comfortable lounge area with seating, complimentary coffee, WiFi and a large screen TV. For younger athletes, we recommend that a parent or guardian remain at the facility.
How do bookings work?
All bookings are managed through the BTR app, where athletes and families can reserve bay sessions, purchase packages, and view availability.
What equipment should athletes bring?
When training in clean sneakers, athletes should bring a stick, gloves, and wear athletic clothing. For 10u and younger athletes, a helmet is strongly recommended. When training on skates, helmet, gloves, elbow pads and shin pads are strongly recommended for all athletes, and required for 12u and younger.
Can teams rent the facility?
Yes. Teams may reserve the entire BTR facility for off-ice training sessions and supplemental skill development.
Team rentals include exclusive access to all four synthetic ice shooting lanes and our strength & conditioning area for a full 60-minute session. Teams may use the facility with their own coaches, skills instructors, or team staff.
Team pricing starts at $20 per athlete with a $300 minimum. Multi-session team packages are also available.
